Mango Madness

Ingredients

  • 2 lime cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup Tequila of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Triple sec or cointreau
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup mango nectar
  • 2 tsp + 1/4 cup Tajin chile
  • 2 jalapeno sliced

Chamoy Sauce

  • 3 tsp chile powder
  • 10 ounces apricot preserves
  • 3/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients for Chamoy sauce into a blender and puree until smooth. For a spicier sauce add more chile powder.

  2. Combine the tequila, triple sec, and juices in a cocktail shaker.

  3. Add 2 tsp and jalapeno, and 1/4-1/2 cup of chamoy sauce to the shaker, and shake until combined.

  4. Rim the glasses with Taijin chile salt.

  5. if desired using a small pipette line the glasses with chamoy drizzle.

  6. Add ice to each of the glasses, pour drink mixture and enjoy!
