5-ish Ingredient Chicken

Delicious Chicken that uses only 5 ingredients and 1 pan!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breast flattened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (0.7) ounces package Italian dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • dash of pepper & garlic powder lightly season chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil ( this makes for an easy cleanup! )

  2. Place Chicken in a zip lock bag and lightly pound to flatten out each patty.  Season lightly with pepper & garlic powder

  3. Combine brown sugar and Italian dressing mix. Coat both sides of chicken with mixture.

  4. Mix soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce and add to pan make sure to coat chicken.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes. Then turn the oven on broil for HIGH. Broil chicken until brown sugar caramelizes, about 1 to 2 minutes. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn! Enjoy, pair with brown rice & veggie of choice.
