White Bean Dip

Quick & Easy White Bean Dip that everyone will love plus it's a healthy snack! It's made with just a few ingredients that you must likely already have in your kitchen/

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • pinch cayenne peper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. 


  2. Once smooth taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Add 1 tablespoon of water if necessary to reach desired consistency.

  3. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
