4 Ingredient Cheese Ball

a quick go-to recipe for you to whip up during the holiday season. No need to turn on your oven for this gem :)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temp
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Use a grater to shred the 2 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I used a 16-ounce block of cheese with plenty of cheese left over. You could probably get away with 8 ounces, but it's better to be safe than sorry!

  2. Add the cream cheese to a medium-sized bowl, and mix it until it is soft. Add the ranch dressing and shredded cheese.

  3. Next, shape the cheese into a ball and roll into the pecans.

  4. Place the ball in the refrigerate until ready to serve!
